Your first visit will be an introduction to the principles we adhere to in the Growing Old Getting Strong program, a comprehensive physical assessment and a discussion with you about how we can help you.
If you decide to sign up within 3 weeks of your visit the price of the assessment will be deducted from the cost of whatever membership option we have decided is best for you.
You will move in to a foundations of movement and strength class or private sessions which will be 3 times per week for one month during which you will become acquainted with the flow of the classes or sessions, basic human movements and strength training.
After the completion of the foundation sessions you can choose to enter into the regular classes or to stay with personal, semi-private or small group training.
