About a Crossfit Class:

Do you have a membership to LA Fitness? Are you going as often as you should. Are you getting results. If not, things can be better. Crossfit Upland is the better choice. Our classes average 3 to 8 people. You get more attention. You get results.

The culture at Crossfit Upland is different than the big globo gyms. Our culture similar to a martial arts studio. When you start martial arts, you most likely will be bad at it. But, over time you improve.

Similar improvements happen at Crossfit Upland. If this is your first time trying Crossfit, more than likely you will be bad at it. But that is okay. When a new member joins the gym, we support them. The coaches and members band together to get you over that initial learning curve.

You will learn stuff like:

Crossfit Upland classes are 1 hour long and led by an instructor. The instructor will guide you from warm-up to cool down.

Class begins with the warm-up. The warm-up will get you prepared for things to come. After the warm-up and before the workout begins, the instructor will make sure the workout has been well explained. If need be, the workout will be modified to match your current fitness level.

Modifying workouts is what makes Crossfit so accessible. We are outstanding at scaling workouts so everyone can get outstanding results.

You will be exercising with a group of people with ranging fitness levels. Crossfit Upland has members still with us since we opened our doors over 4 years ago. We encourage these advanced athletes to help beginners feel comfortable and welcome.

Tuesday - 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm

Wednesday - 7:00 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm

Thursday - 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm

Friday - 7:00 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm

Saturday - 9:00 am

Sunday - Rest Day
