The No Sweat Intro is an in-person visit at Crossfit Upland.
You have health and fitness goals and we want you to realize them. The No Sweat Intro will help you see how Crossfit Upland can help you to reach those goals.
The no sweat Intro takes 20 minutes. During your no sweat intro you will get a tour of the gym and all its splendor. After the tour, we will help you understand how Crossfit Upland’s “Private Crossfit Training” “Fundamentals” and “Crossfit Group Classes” will get you to your health and fitness goals.
