Starting CrossFit in two easy steps:

Step 1: Schedule your “No Sweat Demo”.

The no sweat demo takes 30 minutes and it goes like this: We spend the first part chatting. It’s you talking and us listening. Then, your first Crossfit WOD (workout of the day). The workout takes about 5 minutes. We finish with a Q and A session. Here we cover any questions you may have.

Step 2: Crossfit Upland Fundamentals.

Next comes a 4 week “Intro to Crossfit” course. This is designed to get you introduced to the 12 fundamental Crossfit movements: Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Medicine-ball Clean, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Thruster, Wall Ball, Pull-ups. We teach teach you what these movements are and the best way to perform them based on your body style.

Fundamentals is twice a week and starts at the beginning of every month. Fundamentals is a total of 8 classes. We run these classes 3 times a week in the evening. Click here to see when the next fundamentals class starts.
