What is Track Fit?

Track Fit turns exercise into a game that’s challenging but winnable.

Track Fit is way more than just working out. We create a beatable game by setting small achievable goals and reaching those goals.

Track Fit is a 45-ish minute class. It runs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30 in the morning. Instructed by coach David.

Track is short for tracking. You record your workouts on beyond the white board www.btwb.com . Tracking your workouts keeps you committed and accountable.

Why do we track the workouts again? Just like weighting yourself on the scale, tracking your workouts tell you where you are at. Then, you adjust. Optimizing your workouts to get the best results.

Track Fit is a bare bones Crossfit workout. You will not see any movements like muscle ups or snatch. We stick to the basics. David goes over the movements so you see first hand how the movements are done.

Here is a sample week:

  • Monday : 1 Rep Max Back Squat, Death By Wall Balls, Plank Hold Max Hold

  • Wednesday : Helen

  • Friday : Push Press 3-3-3-3-3, Tabata Push-ups
