Cardio

We cycle and we row in this class. These challenging and easy to use machines allow us to go harder and faster than we thought possible.

Because of the low impact, your joints will like the movement compareed with more bounding type movements like running and jumping.


Total Body

Every workout will be a total body workout. We will work upper body, lower body, core and everything in between.

One of the most metabolically charged tissue in your body is muscle.

We make sure we lift something in every class. We lift light weights and keep the reps high to work cardio at the same time.
